Doesn't slip — finally

Every other mat we tried slid all over the laminate floor. This one stays completely put. The velvet base is brilliant. My Pug Dottie actually seeks it out when she's warm.

Soft enough that she actually uses it

My previous gel mat sat unused for a whole summer — too stiff and cold. This one feels like a proper bed. Jessie went on it straight away and hasn't looked back. Would absolutely recommend.

Washes perfectly

Chucked it in the washing machine after a muddy walk — came out perfect. Still cool to the touch, still looks brand new. Machine washable mats are the only way to go.

My anxious rescue dog loves it

Oreo is nervous about new things but took to this immediately. Something about the cool soft fabric clearly calms him. He's on it for hours every day. Incredible product.

Perfect for our old boy

Our 11-year-old Labrador really struggles in the heat. This mat has made such a difference. He sleeps through the afternoon now instead of panting and shifting around. Wish we'd found it years ago.

French Bulldog approved

Frenchies overheat terribly and our vet said a cooling surface is essential in July. CoolPaw was exactly what she described. Hugo lies on it for hours. The quality is far better than I expected at this price.

Exactly as described

Cool to the touch, soft, folds flat. My Cocker Spaniel Daisy took to it immediately. The fabric quality is really nice — not plasticky at all. Free shipping was a bonus too.

Great for travel

Folds into nothing and fits in the boot easily. Used it on a trip to Cornwall — Rufus was much calmer in the holiday cottage than usual. This goes everywhere with us now.

2 dogs — 2 mats — both happy

Bought the two-mat deal for our German Shepherd and Labrador. Both use theirs every day without fail. The Shepherd particularly loves it — she's a hot dog at the best of times. Brilliant product.

The gel-free thing matters

Our old mat got punctured and the gel went everywhere. It was a nightmare. This mat has nothing inside — pure fabric all the way through. Safe, clean, and it actually works. Won't go back to gel mats.

My Pug is a different dog

Pugs and heat don't mix. Ernie used to struggle every summer. Since this mat arrived he's so much calmer and stops panting within minutes of lying down. Our vet noticed the difference at his last check-up.

Works straight out of the bag

No setup, no fridge, no water. Just take it out and put it down. My Rottweiler was on it within seconds of me laying it flat. Does exactly what it says. Top quality product.

Looks lovely in the house too

Most cooling mats are ugly plastic things. This one actually looks nice. The grey colour goes with everything and it doesn't look out of place in the living room. Bonnie loves it and so do I.
